Cancellation conditions winter

We have set our preliminary cancellation conditions for the winter season as follows. You can cancel your stay easily and free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply:

• Up to 30 days before agreed arrival the cancellation is free of charge
• From 29 days to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee
• From 6 days until the day of arrival 90% cancellation fee

However, should you or one of the travelers (in the room) demonstrably fall ill with Covid19, a FREE cancellation is possible even at short notice. In this case, we will be happy to reschedule your vacation to another date. If you book more than one room, we ask for your understanding that this will only affect the room of the sick person. Of course, a border closure at short notice is also considered a reason for cancellation free of charge.

Cancellation conditions summer

We have set our preliminary cancellation conditions for the summer season 2023 as follows. You can cancel your stay easily and free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply:

• Up to 14 days before agreed arrival the cancellation is free of charge.
• From 13 days to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee
• From 6 days until the day of arrival 90% cancellation fee

However, if you or one of the travelers (in the room) should demonstrably fall ill with Covid19, a free cancellation is also possible at short notice. In this case we are happy to reschedule your vacation to another date. If you book more than one room, we ask for your understanding that this only applies to the room of the sick person. Of course, a border closure at short notice is also considered a free cancellation reason.
