Believe it or not, on one of the longest run downs in the Eastern Alps you can ski down 10,4 km from the peak down into the valley. Having regained some strength from lunch, you can make your way to the Fun slope and do a race on the Ski movie RTL race track. The full to bursting ski day ends with a visit to the thermal spas. Here you can look back on your day in a relaxed manner.
Take off in Bad Gastein
Having re-fuelled on a gourmet summit breakfast, the ascent up to the Kreuzkogel will be a piece of cake. Here the professional Freeride coaching and guiding starts over stunning powder slopes. The subsequent (included in the price) transfer takes you directly to the “Flying Fox” over the Bad Gasteiner waterfall. This wonderful day is best celebrated with “Après ski with a difference” with gin tonic.

Harmonise your body and soul with skiing and yoga. A sun salutation on the Fulseck summit gives you the first burst of energy for the upcoming run downs, at other special high energy giving spots, you can stop to do more asanas. There will be a delicious lunch at a ski hut where recipes and information about nutrition for yoga will be provided. On snow shoes you can make your way through the wonderful countryside and refuel on lifes energy at unique energy giving places.
